Upon receipt of a proper notice, we may take actions we deem appropriate at our sole discretion, including removing the allegedly infringing materials and restricting access for repeat infringers.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by EMunchen or by a third party who has uploaded materials to our website, please provide the following information to our designated Copyright Agent:

We may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. If we remove or disable access to the materials, we will promptly notify the person responsible for posting them. We may also provide that person with your email address so they can respond to your allegations.
